Process:

Coating-Cooling

1.Coating:This series is special equipment for assorted chocolates with functions of whole coating, single-sided coating, partial coating and cooling. It can coat chocolate syrup on many kinds of food, such as pastry, biscuit, wafer, candy and etc. to form chocolates with various unique flavors.

2.Cooling:After coating, it will go through a cooling tunnel with low temperature.
