Process:
Melting raw material-Refine-Forming-Demoulding.
1.Fat Melting tank:Used for melting cocoa butter.
2.Chocolate conche:Used for conching and refining chocolate paste.
3.Storage tank:Used for temperature preserving and stirring of the refined chocolate pastes so as to dehydrating and eliminating peculiar smell.
4.Deposting machine:This machine has fully automatic functions of moulds pre-heating/baking, depositing, moulds vibrating, cooling, de-molding and conveying. It can be used for the production of sole-flavor, central filling, and two colors (left and right) chocolates.
