Process:
Melting raw material-Refine-Forming-Cooling-Demoulding
1.Melting tank :This series can be used for melting cocoa butter and delivering the liquor into the chocolate conche and refiner when equipped with chocolate feeding pump and flow meter .This series has electric heating and automatic temperature control.
2.Chocolate conche:This series can be used for conching and refining chocolate paste and suitable for refining jam, peanut butter or other liquor/paste.
3.Storage tank:This series is the special storage container for refined or ball grinded chocolate pastes with electric heating and automatic temperature control .It enables the chocolate pastes being kept at a set temperature .Through heat preserving and stirring ,it will lower the moisture content of the chocolate and improve its liquidity so as to have a longer shelf life and better taste.
4.Chocolate bean machine:This machine is special equipment used for molding cold-rolled chocolate, it can cold roll and shape a variety of pure chocolate, including spherical, oval, lentil-shaped and other shapes. With high labor productivity, production of chocolate quantitative accuracy, smooth surface and is in line with food hygiene requirements.

Production process description:
The liquid chocolate is sent into the rollers by the special pumps, then to be cooling rolled in the rollers for the primary forming, after that, the lentils go to the conveyor in the cooling tunnel for the consolidated cooling/forming for a period of time, then the lentils go to the tumbler for cutting the rough edges.
