Process:

Mixing->Forming->Baking->Cooling->Packing

1.Dough Mixer:Mixing the raw materials.

2.Cake Forming Machine:Forming the shape with tray(need air compressor).

3.Rotary Baking Oven:Baking in the oven.

4.Cooling Conveyor:Cooling and sterilization-packing in the bag(requires nitrogen machine and air compressor).


Comments:

1.It is a line for cup cake/muffin/custard cake.It contains mixer,forming machine,baking oven and cooling system and the packaging system.

2.This line is a semi automatic line,which will require 5-6persons to operate.

3.We can make the configuration according to your requirement about the capacity.
